Study of Stochastic Models in Neuroscience.

The post is part of the TOSCA, a joint project-team between INRIA and the University of Nancy, located in Nancy and Sophia-Antipolis.

The post-doc student will participate to the theoretical studies of the Tosca team on the probability distributions of the spike trains processes and of the McKean-Vlasov stochastic models for neurons network. Key issues respectively concern resonance properties and mean-field limits for McKean Vlasov models. The convergence rate estimates for the approximation of diffusion hitting times is another important topic which could be addressed.

net salary : 2 138 euros per month
