The goal of the Journal is as a forum for the interdisciplinary field of neural engineering where neuroscientists, neurobiologists and engineers can publish their work in one periodical that bridges the gap between neuroscience and engineering.
The Neurosciences Institute (http://www.nsi.edu) is seeking postdoctoral researchers in computational neuroscience to join an exciting, ongoing project to understand the biological bases of brain function. Successful candidates will be working with a multi-disciplinary team to create large scale spiking models of the mammalian nervous system incorporated into robotic devices.
The Bioengineering group, Department of Engineering, University of Leicester, offers a 1-year Post-Doc position immediately to candidates with a PhD in areas related to Neuroscience or Signal Processing (physics, mathematics, engineering, computer sciences).
